With the current market conditions, Chris stuck with me for over 50 house tours and multiple offers. I was an FHA buyer in a tough market losing out to multiple conventional offers, which have more benefits to the seller. Here is a simple story. My house was listed with a Remax Agent who was very unprofessional and treated the property like 'if it sells, I get my commission and if it does not, who cares'. Not once did I hear a sale's speech. Chris had approached me after I decided to sell the property myself and I told him I was not interested given my previous experience with my Remax Agent. In spite of this, he followed up with finding out if I was making any progress, offered tips, and even helped with assisting with an 'open house' at no cost. Chris was extremely helpful in our search for a home to rent. We had very specific criteria for the house we wanted no carpet, fenced yard, pets allowed, a large open floor plan, located within a 10-mile radius of work, and a great neighborhood. We needed all of that under our small budget. He sent us a list of eligible homes soon as they came available every week and made appointments right away. We found our house on a Saturday and were moving in by the following Saturday.
