About Sam Park

Sam Park is a lifelong resident of Dallas-Fort Worth, where he grew up in Richardson and earned his Bachelor degree from Southern Methodist University. Before real estate, Sam taught middle school orchestra in Flower Mound. Under his leadership, the orchestra program nearly doubled in enrollment and achieved numerous musical distinctions including the highest possible sweepstake ratings at UIL Concert & Sightreading contest and program-high All-Region orchestra selections.

With a passion for helping individuals and families to achieve their goals through real estate, Sam was a top-producing agent at Monument Realty and closed over 40 transactions in 2023 alone. As a member of the Ohlig Group at Compass, Sam loves utilizing Compass’s unique tools and resources to serve his clients at the highest level. Outside of real estate, Sam enjoys performing on French Horn with the Flower Mound Symphony Orchestra, exercising with his blue heeler Roo, and watching the Dallas Cowboys.
